In this talk, we will report the Schwarz symmetrization in Riemannian manifolds and submanifold. As applications, we obtain the estimates of the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the Laplacian with Dirichlet and Robin boundary conditions. This is partly joint work with Prof. Haizhong Li and Dr. Yilun Wei.

陈大广,清华大学数学系副教授,博士生导师。主要研究领域是几何分析与微分几何,特别是流形上椭圆算子的特征值估计。在《Communications in Mathematical Physics》、《Mathematische Zeitschrift》、《Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations》、《J. Differential Equations》等国际著名数学期刊上发表了多篇论文。
