报告摘要：
We review our previous on the hybrid of the hyperbolic-parabolic property for the heat equations with memory. Then we introduce some observability inequalities for such equations and present a necessary and sufficient condition on the observable region ensuring aforementioned inequalities. Some applications to control are also given.
