摘要：
Mean curvature flow is the negative gradient flow of the area functional, and it has attracted much attention during the past few decades. In this course, we will introduce some basic materials on mean curvature flow, mainly focus on mean curvature flow in R^{n+1}.
After some preliminary knowledge, we will prove the short time existence of the flow. Then we will compute the evolution equations and Shi’s type estimates for various geometric quantities. After that, we will main talk about Huisken’s famous result on convex mean curvature flow in R^{n+1}. Then we will prove the monotonicity formula due to Huisken. In the last part of the course, we will proceed blow up analysis and classify the blow up limit for singularities of mean convex mean curvature flow.
专家简介：
孙俊副教授在2011年1月中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院获得博士学位，2011年1月到2013年1月在意大利国际理论物理中心（ICTP）做博士后，2013年1月到2014年1月在意大利特伦特Bruno Kessler基金国际数学研究中心（CIRM,FBK）做博士后。主持国家自然科学基金项目一项，在《Calc.Var.Partial Differential Equations》,《Int.Math.Res.Notices》,《Math.Ann》,《J.Reine Angew.Math.（Crelle’s Journal）》等杂志发表论文二十余篇。
