Strong approximation and Diophantine equations

ABSTRACT
Diophantine equations are the fundamental subjects for number theory. In this talk, I'll explain how to study the Diophantine equations through the local-global principle. Establishing strong approximation is one of important method. I'll also report the recent progress on strong approximation.
