A Universal Analytic Ring

报告摘要:

 Analytic rings are condensed rings equipped with data of “complete modules” and “complete tensor product”. These “complete tensor product” are important in analytic geometry. There are two important analytic ring:Solid integers and Gaseous complex numbers. Solid applies to non-Archimedean geometry and Gaseous applies to Archimedean geometry.

In this talk, I will introduce a universal analytic ring, which specializes to Solid and Gaseous. And I will define a universal closed unit disc over the affine line. This universal closed disc specializes to closed unit disc both in complex geometry and in p-adic geometry.



专家简介:

Dr. Yingdi Qin is Postdoc Researcher at Shanghai Institute for Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Sciences (SIMIS). He obtained his Ph.D in Mathematics from UC Berkeley, and then have worked as Postdoctoral researcher at University of Pennsylvania and ICMS-Sofia.

Yingdi Qin‘s research field is symplectic geometry,mirror symmetry and generalized complex geometry. He also works in condensed math and derived geometry.
