Constructions of Orthogonal Arrays

报告摘要：Orthogonal arrays are essential in statistics and they are used in computer science and cryptography. In statistics they are primarily used in designing experiments. Orthogonal arrays are related to combinatorics, finite fields, geometry and error-correcting code. In this talk, we give a brief introduction to constructions of orthogonal arrays and strong orthogonal arrays
专家简介：季利均，苏州大学教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域为组合设计及其在编码密码中的应用，在t-平衡设计、可分组t-设计、三元系大集、正交阵列、光正交码、子空间码等的构造与存在性方面做了一序列工作。作为主要成员参与完成两项国家自然科学基金重点项目，主持完成国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目和面上项目各一项，目前主持一项国家自然科学基金面上项目。获国际组合数学及其应用协会颁发的 2015年度Hall奖。
