Globally asymptotic behavior for scalar field and strong cosmic censorship conjecture

报告摘要:In this talk, I will begin by providing an overview of black hole spacetime and the strong cosmic censorship conjecture in general relativity, and then I will give the precise asymptotic behavior for scalar field in Kerr spacetime (both the exterior and interior black hole regions). Specifically, I will explain how this behavior leads to the generic inextendibility of the Kerr Cauchy horizon against scalar perturbations. This talk is based on some joint works with Siyuan Ma.
专家简介:张林,重庆⼤学助理研究员,2013年本科毕业于四川⼤学,2018年博⼠毕业于北京⼤学。研究兴趣主要包括⼴义相对论、双曲型偏微分⽅程以及⼏何分析,研究成果发表在CMP, Ann. PDE, TAMS, JFA, Science China-Mathematics, CQG等期刊上。
