Null Controllability of nonlinear wave equations

报告摘要: In this talk I mainly introduce some recent work on controllability of nonlinear wave equations. Based on Galerkin method and Picard iteration method. We obtain the null controllability of damped semilinear wave equations and the local null controllability of quasilinear wave equations. This result partly answers the open questions raised by Xu Zhang in 2004 and 2010.The talk is based on joint work with Peng Lu and Yan Cui.
专家简介: 周忆，复旦大学数学科学学院教授，国家杰出青年基金获得者。长期从事非线性波动方程的教学与研究，发表多篇有重要意义的研究论文，成果多次被多位菲尔兹奖得主及国际数学家大会报告者引用。2011年获得教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（科学技术）自然科学奖一等奖，2020年获得国家自然科学二等奖。
