Singular traces in
noncommutative geometry

报告摘要：In this lecture, we discuss the origin of singular traces and their role in noncommutative geometry. We outline the main obstacles to computing singular traces and present techniques for overcoming them. We also describe recent advances in the theory and introduce novel constructions of singular traces.
专家简介：Alexandr Usachev，俄罗斯籍数学家，现任中南大学数学与统计学院研究员（2023年至今）。他于2013年获澳大利亚新南威尔士大学数学博士学位，主要研究泛函分析、算子代数和非交换几何，在《Notices of the AMS》《Advances in Mathematics》等顶级期刊发表论文43篇。曾任职于瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学及俄罗斯多所高校，并获俄罗斯BASIS基金会研究资助（2022年）和澳大利亚教学卓越奖（2014年）。其工作聚焦Banach极限、Dixmier迹等前沿问题，同时担任多家数学期刊审稿人及国际会议组织者。
