Frequency-domain criterion on stabilizability

报告摘要：For general a linear control system [A,B], we present a frequency-domian condition. We proved that it is a necessary condtion on the stabilizability generally, while it is necessary and sufficient on the stabilizability if some additional conditions are imposed, such as $A$ is normal and the spectrum of A is strictly on the left of the complex plain, ect. We show the ideas to prove it. Fianlly we give several examples as applications.
