A new variational approach to the planar Schrödinger-Newton systems

报告摘要:In this talk, we mainly introduce some recent results on the existence of positive solutions to some classes of planar Schrödinger-Newton system with general nonlinearities. A new variational approach is established, which enables us to study the above problem in the Sobolev space H^1(\R^2). The analysis developed in this paper also allows to investigate a relation between a Riesz-type of Schrödinger-Newton systems and a logarithmic-type of Schrödinger-Newton systems. Furthermore, this new approach can provide a new look at the planar Schrodinger-Newton systems and may have some potential applications in various related problems. This isjoint with Profs. Cassani, Radulescu, Romani, Tang, and Zhang.

专家简介:刘志苏,湖南大学博士,中国地质大学(武汉)特任教授。研究方向是非局部椭圆偏微分方程中的变分问题以及多智能体系统的集群稳定性问题。主持国家自然科学基金青年、天元、天元访问各一项;湖南省优秀青年基金1项。获湖南省自然科学一等奖、三等奖各1项(第四完成人)。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文30余篇,部分研究成果发表在 CVPDE, Nonlinearity, JDE, Israel J. Math, AMPA等刊物上。 现为德国Zentralblatt MATH 评论员,美国数学评论员,国际差分方程协会会员。
