Representations and Invariants in Quantum Computing

Representations and invariants of classical groups initiated by Hilbert and Weyl, and developed to reductive Lie groups by Harish-Chandra, form the foundation of the Langlands program. The recent development of quantum information theory indicates that representations and invariants for Lie supergroups play the key roles in quantum computing.
专家简介：
黄劲松，国家级高层次人才，香港中文大学（深圳）校长讲座教授，数学研究中心主任。毕业于北京大学，由国家教委“陈省身项目”派出赴美留学，在麻省理工学院获数学博士学位，先在美国普林斯顿高等研究院与犹他大学工作，后任香港科技大学助理教授、副教授、教授、讲座教授，2021年加入香港中文大学（深圳）。他一直致力于李群表示论与李群上调和分析的研究与应用，这是贯穿于代数、几何与分析的数学的核心领域。他与合作者证明了Vogan猜想，率先展开了狄拉克上同调的研究，其原创性的方法和结果引领了一系列相关研究的进展，成果发表在J. Amer. Math. Soc.等刊物。曾荣获国家自然科学二等奖、国家杰出青年基金、香港裘槎高级研究成就奖等多项奖项。
