报告摘要：Convexity is a fundamental geometric property of solutions to elliptic boundary value problems, with important applications in both analysis and geometry. In this talk, I will explain how the constant rank theorem can be used as a powerful tool to establish the convexity of solutions to elliptic PDEs. I will also present a few specific open problems related to this topic.
专家简介：张伟, 兰州大学数学与统计学院副教授, 硕士生导师. 主要研究领域为非线性椭圆型偏微分方程, 特别关注与解的凸性相关的一些问题。截至目前, 主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目各1项, 在Comm. Pure Appl. Math., J. Functional Anal., J. Differential Equations, Calc. Var. 等期刊发表学术论文数十篇。
