ABSTRCT
The talk will start from mapping degree sets and simplicial volumes; then discuss recent results on virtual representation volumes and on virtual dominations of 3-manifolds, as well as their reactions; and may end by the high dimensional applications of volume representations. This is jointly with P. Derbez, Y. Liu and H. Sun.
