Curved Kakeya sets with radial symmetry

报告摘要:
We obtain sharp logarithmic orders for the measure of the delta-neighbourhood of curved Kakeya sets as surfaces of revolution generated by a family of 2D curves satisfying a certain cinematic curvature condition. In particular, we obtain sharp logarithmic order for the measure of delta-neighbourhood of spherical Kakeya sets. Our result generalises to hypersurfaces with nonzero Gaussian curvature, and assumes minimal regularity conditions. This is joint with Xianghong Chen.
