报告摘要:

Anti-self-dual Yang-Mills (ASDYM) equations are parts of fundamental law of nature and play important roles in quantum field theory and geometry. The ASDYM eq. is an equation of motion of the 4-dimensional Wess-Zumino-Witten (4dWZW) model which describes a

space-time action of N=2 open string theories. Hence the solutions of the ASDYM eqs can be classical physical objects of the string theories.

In this talk, we construct soliton solutions of ASDYM eqs. in terms of quasi-Grammians related to a binary Darboux technique. In order to capture solitonic behaviors, we analyze 4dWZW action density of the soliton solutions. The results show that our solitons behave like KP solitons of codimension one. KP solitons have classified in terms of non-negative Grassmannians by Yuji Kodama et al. where the building blocks are Y-shape solitons. We examine large phase-shift limits of the two soliton solutions and find that there appear not Y-shape but V-shape solitons. This is based on collaboration with Shan-Chi Huang and Hiroaki Kanno (Nagoya) and Shangshuai Li and Da-Jun Zhang (Shanghai). [arXiv: 2212.11800, 2501.08250].
